Perinatal and postpartum stressors are incredibly difficult for some women, and managing feelings of worry, depression, and anxiety can feel impossible. If you are a parent-to-be or a new parent experiencing the baby blues, perinatal or postpartum depression, or anxiety, I would be honored to provide you with the emotional support you need. I will be a support in addition to discussing ways you can work toward adjusting to the changes you are experiencing after having a baby. I specialize in maternal mental health and am certified as a perinatal mental health-certified (PMH-C) professional. I also have a strong interest and am trained in working with depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief, and loss.
