My Approach to Therapy

I am licensed in Washington (and Arizona) as a mental health counselor practicing in the tradition of relational psychotherapy. My hope is to further the growth of a client by exploring their problem(s) through the relational dynamic we create in therapy. I strive to address the whole person over any presenting problem and it is my belief that counseling should support and challenge clients in a safe and empathetic environment. Supervision Details

I provide supervision from a relational psychodynamic perspective. I meet weekly with my supervisees and am always available to them if needed. I aim to provide the type of therapeutic container in supervision that I hope the supervisee will provide to their clients. In addition to the depth work of clinical material with your clients I also provide a lot of practical information on running a practice or starting a practice and enjoy helping clinicians set themselves up will for sustainable work

As a relational therapist I try to create an safe environment for clients to further their growth as a person. I do this within the context of the relationship that we create together. Session Fees: I provide relational psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I charge $185for individual therapy, $195 for couples, and $210 for supervision consultation with other clinicians. For individual therapy I am in network with several insurance carriers and can bill out-of-network carriers to eliminate the need for client's to submit superbills for reimbursement.
