My approach to therapy is active, collaborative and focused on helping people move forward. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in repeated arguments, communication breakdowns, or the stress of balancing work, parenting and relationships. In our sessions, we slow conversations down so each person feels heard and understood, while also identifying the patterns that keep the same problems repeating. Rather than only talking about what feels wrong, we focus on building practical skills that support better communication, problem-solving and emotional awareness. My goal is to create an open, comfortable space where people can be honest, even about difficult topics. Together, we work toward clearer communication, stronger relationships and more confidence in handling challenges as they come up.
