As a psychologist, who has been working in the field of career counseling for over 15 years, I have held a variety of roles including Director of Graduate Career Services at NYU. I have also served in a C-Suite role which gave me first-hand knowledge of the demands that executives can face in an organization, including effective communication, strategic goal setting, and handling conlfict.
