On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
It can difficult to make the decision to seek therapy, career counseling or leadership coaching. It can feel like an admission that you can't figure a way out on your own. Sometimes, it seems as if everyone gets it and somehow you are missing the boat. However, a lot of the skills related to managing a professional life require learning from other sources and one of those sources can be career counseling. It can be an efficient process to identify the issues and target them fairly quickly rather than hoping to figure it out alone. It's also a professional partnership that can really support your growth and help you take the necessary steps to sustain it. I encourage you to make the initial consultation appointment, to find out how the process can help you make the change in your life, which you desire and deserve.
