A new approach to healing. I specialize in accelerated resolution therapy (ART) — a revolutionary, evidence-based approach for treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. Clients often experience significant relief in just 1–5 sessions, even for issues that have persisted for years or decades in traditional talk therapy.
ART works by reprogramming how distressing memories are stored in the brain, using relaxing eye movements and a technique called voluntary memory/image replacement. The result is that painful experiences lose their power to trigger strong physical and emotional responses — allowing you to move forward with a greater sense of calm and control.
