My Approach to Helping
I am here to offer you a space for healing, to find hope, and to empower yourself. I specialize in helping people through change, and the grief, loss, anxiety and depression that can accompany change.
Change is difficult. Whether it's change you've chosen or change that has chosen you, it all comes with challenges and loss. You do not have to do this alone. I'm here to help honor what was, welcome what's to come, and walk alongside you in this space between.
If you need help grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a job or if you're struggling to find motivation to choose differently and implement a change, therapy can help ease the struggle and burden that accompanies all change. My approach to our work will be deeply rooted in a strengths-based, nonjudgmental, and solution-focused foundation.
