My Approach to Helping
I believe every person deserves to live life as his or her best self. Together we can explore what is standing between who you are and who you want to be. Perhaps you are experiencing life stressors that are difficult to manage. Or maybe you are experiencing overwhelming feelings of sadness or worry. Or perhaps you and your partner are not as connected as you used to be, and there is a crisis in your relationship. In the context of a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, I will aim to help you gain insight into what is causing and maintaining the problems that are keeping you stuck. Further, I will strive to empower you to rediscover your strengths and develop healthier ways of being and relating to others. I bring unconditional compassion as well as clinical insight in guiding you toward increased self-awareness and living a more fulfilling life personally and relationally. I find so much meaning in being part of your transformative growth process.
