My Approach to Helping

I believe that to be understood, we must be open to understanding, whether it’s ourselves, others, or experiences. I approach therapy as a place of nonjudgment, open-mindedness, and empathy to help, support, or encourage you to learn to navigate life in a healthy way. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, and LGBTQIA+. I offer individual, family, and couples therapy. I am available for telehealth and in-person appointments. I am currently in private practice, and I accept most insurances and Medicaid.
