I believe the best of you! From that place of compassion and nonjudgment, I can help you see the "why" behind what you are feeling, thinking, or doing that's causing problems. And there is always a why that makes sense in the context of your unique life experiences. There is a more compassionate way to motivate change!

Challenges, hardships, and mistakes are part of being human. We can't always help what happens to us. How we respond to these painful experiences is where we regain our power. But change is possible! Whether you are struggling a little or a lot, therapy can help. I understand how vulnerable it can be to ask for help, but you're worth it! I meet clients where they're at, and empower them with the skills and strategies that work.
My Role as a Therapist
I see my role as the hope-holder for clients when things seem stuck, dark, or confusing. I aim to be the calm and compassionate supporter as my clients dig into difficult aspects of their past and present, helping them to put together the pieces of the puzzle to discover what healing looks like. Using that understanding, I strive to be the steady guide through the healing process.
