My clients often seek transformation around anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and their personal lives. We explore life transitions and the successes of our past, while also creating a new sense of self. You don’t have to feel alone, ashamed, or rejected any longer. I’m not here to judge you. I’m here to offer a hand through the overwhelming moments. Sometimes we just desire to be heard. I use anxiety treatment cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help clients work through challenges.
