What's My Approach to Therapy?
Sometimes you can understand yourself very well, and still feel stuck.
You may notice your patterns. You may think deeply about your relationships, your work, or your sense of direction. And yet something doesn’t quite shift.
I offer a space that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in self-compassion. My approach is client-centered and responsive to your pace. I listen carefully, ask questions that open new perspectives, and help you notice patterns with curiosity rather than criticism.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in science — so I value careful inquiry and respect complexity. But therapy with me isn’t about analysing you. It’s about helping you build a steadier, kinder relationship with yourself.
I bring both structure and creativity into the room. We might use practical tools when helpful, slow things down when needed, and even make room for humour along the way. Growth doesn’t have to be harsh to be meaningful.
My goal is not only insight, but resilience — and a deeper sense of self-trust.
If you’re looking for therapy that honours both your mind and your humanity, I’d be glad to connect.
