I am passionate about supporting teens, adults, and couples in Texas as they reduce anxiety, manage stress, and build resilience. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who offers a warm, direct, and honest approach focused on addressing concerns such as chronic worry, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, and difficulty setting boundaries, using practical strategies. I also provide Christian faith-based counseling upon request.
