My Practice & Services
Rachel completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lock Haven University and received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University. She has a person-centered and solution-focused approach, and she utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other modalities. She also likes to use art to provide a different way of looking at issues than traditional talk therapy.
Rachel believes that everyone deserves to have time for themselves, be heard, and feel comfortable. She seeks to establish a caring and secure therapeutic environment that allows you to build on your strengths and meet the goals you have in mind, and want to set for yourself.
