
I work with adolescents and adults, with a primary focus on anger management, stress management, anxiety, and depression. I pull from several theories, with the primary two being Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). CBT is changing or reframing our thoughts from something negative or emotionally dysregulating to thoughts that are more positive or accepting. Pulling from DBT allows me to provide tools and techniques for distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
