My name is Rachel Lee Jackman and I am a licensed crofessional Counselor (LPC) based south of Atlanta, Georgia. I work with adolescents and adults, with a primary focus on anger management, stress management, anxiety, and depression. I pull from several theories, with the primary two being cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
