My Approach to Helping
You are just angry all the time. You don't even know why. Getting out of bed is a chore, you feel like you are just going through the motions. Forget going out with friends or family. You have no desire to put your bad mood on them, or worse yet, have them tell you one more time to just "snap out of it." They don't get it. The phone chimes and it just fills you with dread and you can only feel stressed about what they want. You just want to stop feeling this way. You want to stop being angry and stressed all the time. You miss hanging out with friends and family. It would be nice to feel like you can breathe again, like you can focus on something other than how crappy you feel.
