My Approach to Therapy

You've been through so much. Far more stress, anxiety, hurt, and betrayal than anyone should ever have to go through. Fear now lives where peace and joy should be. Yet you still have so much left to give. So much love and caring. I'm guessing you have probably heard this before: that you take care of everyone else, possibly at your own expense. Even though you have so much to give to others, it can be very difficult to feel connected to the people you love and to yourself when so much anxiety and fear is present. When our daily life feels too heavy, too unmanageable, it might mean that it's time to give something to yourself. I would like to offer you a place of refuge where you can feel safe enough to face and release the pain you have been carrying for far too long. I think your loved ones would agree that you are worth the same time and effort you give to others. I have successfully worked with people from all walks of life who have experienced painful life events. I specialize in working with adults whose difficult childhoods are now affecting their current relationships due to anxiety, lack of trust, difficulty connecting, or big, hard-to-handle feelings. If you think I might be a good fit for you, please reach out.
