My Approach to Helping

Therapy can be an intimidating process, and my goal is to provide an open, safe environment to help instill support, understanding and empowerment throughout your therapeutic journey. Whether you’re looking to build confidence as an individual or within your relationship, together we can build the tools you need to succeed.

My primary areas of expertise include working with individuals suffering from anxietydepression, couples conflict, rebuilding intimacy in your relationship, infertility, PCOS, and self-esteem.I work with individuals from all cultures and backgrounds who feel dissatisfied or uneasy as an individual or within their relationships.

I believe in fostering hope and creating a safe space for individualscouplesfamilies to process, as well as find healthy solutions. I use a variety of evidence based interventions including CBT, behavioral modification, Gottman method (Level 2 certified-couples counseling), trauma-informed care, and play therapy techniques. My passion is helping others find confidence in themselves. I believe in fostering hope and creating a safe space for individuals to process, as well as find healthy solutions. My therapeutic style is one of collaboration, respect, non-judgment, and genuineness.

I strive to create a healthy therapeutic relationship with each individualcouplefamily, in order create a judgement free zone to process thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that meets your individualized needs and and most importantly ensures that you gain insight into your recovery and progress.

I currently offer counseling services to private pay patients only. I offer convenient daytimeevening appointments. I strive to create a healthy therapeutic relationship with each individual, in order to create a judgment-free zone for them to disclose thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

I always tell my clients that having a trusting relationship with your therapist can be difficult, so make sure you find someone you are comfortable feeling vulnerable around. You don't have to stick with a therapist you don't like, or connect with. Apart of being a good therapist is being able to recognize when a client isn't a good fit. It's one of my top priorities to ensure i create a healthy, safe, space for individualscouples to process.
