My Approach to Helping
Therapy can be an intimidating process, and my goal is to provide an open, safe environment to help instill support, understanding and empowerment throughout your therapeutic journey. My primary areas of expertise include working with individuals suffering from anxietydepression, couples conflict, rebuilding intimacy in your relationship, infertility, PCOS, and self-esteem.I work with individuals from all cultures and backgrounds who feel dissatisfied or uneasy as an individual or within their relationships.
I believe in fostering hope and creating a safe space for individualscouplesfamilies to process, as well as find healthy solutions. I use a variety of evidence based interventions including CBT, behavioral modification, Gottman method (Level 2 certified-couples counseling), trauma-informed care, and play therapy techniques. I currently offer counseling services to private pay patients only. I offer convenient daytimeevening appointments. I strive to create a healthy therapeutic relationship with each individual, in order to create a judgment-free zone for them to disclose thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
