As an integrative and person-centred clinician, I help a diverse range of people, including those ages 13 to 65 who are struggling with gender and sexuality, racial and cultural identities, life transitions, stress and anxiety, and sexual wellness and relationships. I approach therapy from a trauma-focused, multicultural perspective, working to cocreate an authentic and equitable space that cultivates kindness, honesty, and trust. This eclectic approach utilises cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred solution-focused therapy, meditation, and mindfulness practices.
