My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, practical, and solution-oriented. As a clinical psychologist I have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and have seen many clients improve using these techniques. I have helped people overcome their problems in a variety of settings including hospitals, university counseling centers, community health clinics, and schools.

While my private therapy practice has been based in Northern Virginia for fifteen years, I also am authorized to practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology in all 39 participating states including the DMV. My services are reimbursable by most insurance plans. I provide a form that you can submit for out-of-network benefits through your insurance company. I recommend checking with your insurer and asking about copay and deductible information specific to your policy.
