I am experienced working with adult clients dealing with addiction, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, abuse, relationship struggles, and overwhelming life experiences. I offer tailored support using a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, and brainspotting. As a Christian, I know that my calling is helping others. I have experience providing christian counseling when requested. I serve people regardless of their faith background, meaning that you get to decide if you want faith integrated into your therapy or not.
