What's My Approach to Therapy?
I offer therapy that helps you move forward. Whether you’re transitioning to a new phase of life, wanting to regain a sense of joy in relationships, or looking for more resilience in the face of everyday challenges, we work together to understand what’s lying beneath the stress and anxiety you’re carrying—and then work to resolve it. My evidence-based approach moves beyond surface-level coping mechanisms to create change that lasts, helping you find steadiness through the inevitable transitions, so you can step into a more grounded, confident, and connected life.
I earned my master’s from Smith College, one of the nation's oldest programs, renowned for its integration of rigorous clinical training with the depth-oriented tradition. I also earned a PhD in History and Social Sciences from the École des Hautes Études in Paris, as well as a master’s degree in History from the Université Lumière in Lyon. Having lived and worked in the U.S., France, and Italy, I am particularly aware of the challenges of finding connection and stability in unfamiliar places. I am excited by the work of therapy, and how it provides a space for the gradual process of becoming truly yourself.
I work at Archive, a company committed to raising standards in therapy. We bring together rigorously trained professionals and offer therapy that is thoughtful, structured, and focused on lasting impact. Rooted in the belief that “you can only help someone as far as you have gone yourself,” my colleagues and I are committed to our own journeys of growth—drawing from great psychologists and great literature to bring depth to our work. At Archive, we believe therapy is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself.
