Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches, we’ll uncover the roots of anxiety, depression, and overwhelm, while building healthier, more sustainable ways to cope.
