I work with people on their own goals to help them lead the life they want. I use talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other approaches to help you get the results you’re looking for.
I work with people on the autism spectrum of all ages.
I also work with older individuals to help make every day worth living. Grief, loss, and caregiving are common issues, and it can be helpful to have a therapist to talk with and work through them.
Depression and anxiety are also two of the issues I help with.
