My Approach to Helping

I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional who takes a holistic, three-phase approach to helping you live a more balanced, fulfilling life. First, we will review the history of your family of origin and your early experiences. I help connect your childhood to current patterns, stressors, and situations. You will learn useful skills for communication, emotional regulation, and self-care. We will work together to create a path to a fulfilling and healthy future.
I take a root-cause approach, looking through an integrative lens and believing that our physical and emotional health are inextricably blended. The brain and body are always in conversation. When one is out of balance, the other feels it. I encourage clients to examine the big picture. It is important to consider the emotional, as well as physical, contributors. We will work at a pace that fits your lifestyle and honors your values. I will walk with you, challenge you, and support you.
