Are you having sleepless nights worrying about life, love, relationships or your career? End anxiety, panic, stress and phobias with proven treatments. I can help you with issues that are troubling you or causing you difficulties with relationships, career, social life or goal achievement. I understand how difficult it can be to find a therapist and will help you in this process.

I treat clients with compassion and warmth, developing a plan to address your issues in a manner and at a tempo that fit your needs. You can make a great deal of progress in a professional, educational and understanding atmosphere where you are respected and supported. I am on your side.
My approach to helping is a personalized one based on your needs. We will discuss your goals, assess your strengths, challenges and weakness and develop a treatment plan that clarifies the direction that your therapy will take. We will also discuss and begin to use treatments for your healing. My goal is to give you concrete tools with which you can reduce discomfort, approach difficulties in your life, handle challenging situations, and with which you can prevent future relapse. An empathic approach to your process is at the top of my list, so that you feel listened to, understood, and able to express what you are experiencing. Your healing and recovery is my priority.
