My Approach to Helping
I am a Behavioral Analyst, Federal Consultation-Liaison, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I utilize my skills both here in the U.S. and abroad for the Department of Defense and in private practice. I obtained my master’s from New York University and completed doctoral studies at Capella University.
While I have trained in many behavioral health models, I specialize in Military related PTSD, mood disorders, Suicide, and Homicide Treatment Prevention, Relational Conflict, Postpartum Depression, and Sexual/Intimate Partner Trauma for children and adults. Because of my level of training, I have been nationally recognized as an expert witness in the family and criminal court systems of New York, Virginia, and North Carolina.
I can often participate in behavioral health symposiums throughout the country and advocate for supporting marriage, strengthening single-parent homes, educating young parents, and promoting collectivism for the community’s wellbeing.
