My Approach to Therapy

I am an eclectic mental health therapist offering online and in-person therapy. If youre feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you cant seem to break, or unsure how to make sense of your thoughts and emotions, youre not alone. You dont have to navigate it on your own. I tailor my approach to meet you where you are, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy techniques to support your unique needs. Together, well explore how your past experiences may be shaping your present, while also building practical skills to manage intense emotions, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and improve your day-to-day functioning. My process is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space. If you?re struggling with your mental health, therapy can help you better understand what you?re going through, identify patterns that may be contributing to your distress, and develop healthier ways of coping. Through this work, you can learn practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, and stress, improve your relationships, and build greater self-awareness and resilience. Psychotherapy is not about being ?fixed,? but about feeling supported as you gain insight, strengthen your ability to navigate challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
