Accepting referrals for one-on-one psychotherapy, as well as couples and marriage counseling. I offer supportive, holistic, and empowering therapy services for adults ages 18 and up. I believe the best therapy is nonjudgmental, unpressured, and forward-looking. I’m emotionally focused, using an integrative approach that incorporates principles from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and motivational interviewing (MI). For couples, I work to create a safe and supportive physical and emotional environment where you can do the work to heal from the past and make changes in the present, reinvigorating your relationship with love, trust, and passion. We have hard, scary, emotional conversations in a safe, healthy, and careful way. As a certified grief professional, I also offer grief counseling. Grief is a universal part of our human experience, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. It’s often one of the most difficult seasons of our lives and far too many people choose to go it alone. With the right knowledge and support, the work of integrating this loss into your life can be less painful.
