What's My Approach to Therapy?
My treatment method involves helping you gain insight, take action, make changes, and accept if change is not possible. I will help manage your struggles as well as help you through the normal stressors that often accompany transitions in life. Maybe it is the hurt you feel after a separation, the emptiness you feel when your children leave home, the grief you feel from the loss of a loved one, or the stress from the unbearable work demands. Whatever the cause, I help with the skills needed to either change the situation or the way you think about it.
