What's My Approach to Therapy?
I work with individuals and couples navigating stress, anxiety, cultural dynamics, trauma, and relationship distress. My approach is rooted in the belief that we work as a team to help you grow and heal. I offer a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where you can come unscripted and raw. Therapy is a place where you can learn to trust yourself and your instincts- despite expectations from society, family, friends, and culture.
As a culturally sensitive therapist, I honor the stories and experiences that shape your life. Across all ages, I help people experience relief from shame, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and inner criticism, often through self-understanding and self-compassion. Together, we can work to move toward the growth you are seeking.
