My Approach to Therapy

Want to manage stress and anxiety better, improve your relationships and lead a more impactful life? Great news – I can help. I help people grow their courage, deepen their relationships, and lead more meaningful lives. I work with those who want to overcome their fears, have a more powerful voice, and take bold steps toward real change. I am a goal-oriented therapist who believes that honest feedback given in a loving manner is the best catalyst for change. I bring a mix of honesty, compassion and humor to my work, and strive to be as authentic as possible. My ideal client is someone that is willing to put in the effort to change.

My Practice & Services

I take an integrative approach to treating clients. Confused about the types of therapy? I have training in most of them and will help you decide which is the best approach for you. I have specialized training in treating all forms of anxiety, and am uniquely qualified in working with worry. I am accessible and responsive to clients outside of session.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I began my journey toward becoming a psychologist as a patient. I've worked in a private practice, a community mental health clinic, the pediatric oncology unit at a hospital, and assisting chronically homeless individuals on Skid Row. I am grateful to have found a calling in life that I believe in, and am inspired by the people with whom I work.I believe the change is possible for anyone and that no one should have to live with fear, anxiety, or sadness forever. Having been a therapy client myself, I know what works and what doesn't. Reach out and I promise to get back to you the same day so I can learn more about you and tell you more about how I can help you lead a richer and happier life.
