My Approach to Helping
I help people grow their courage, deepen their relationships, and lead more meaningful and impactful lives. I work with those who want to overcome their fears, have a more powerful voice, and take bold steps toward real change. I bring a mix of honesty, compassion and humor to what I do, and strive to be as authentic as possible. I am a goal-oriented therapist who believes that honest feedback given in a loving manner is the best catalyst for change. I have extensive training in ACT, CBT, and Exposure and Response Prevention.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I began my journey toward becoming a psychologist as a patient. I've worked in a private practice, a community mental health clinic, the pediatric oncology unit at a hospital, and assisting chronically homeless individuals on Skid Row. I am grateful to have found a calling in life that I believe in, and am inspired by the people with whom I work.
