My path to becoming a therapist began in the classroom as a teacher, where I learned that students thrive both academically and personally when their emotional needs are supported. That experience continues to inform my belief in the importance of compassion, connection, and seeing the whole person to help with healing and growth.

I provide individual psychotherapy through a fully virtual private practice, for teens and adults throughout Florida. I moved from community mental health to private practice so I could provide the personalized care, flexibility, and level of support that I believe every client deserves.
