As a mental health provider, the goal is to provide compassionate and person-centered mental health therapy. I aim to empower individuals to achieve personal growth by collaboratively working with each client to create an individualized care plan and develop the tools needed in order to thrive. I offer a variety of evidence-based counseling, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, Jungian therapy, interpersonal and family dynamics, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and various mindfulness-based and somatic therapies. I specialize in generalist practices, helping individuals and couples with a wide array of mental health and daily functioning concerns.

Existing in the world today is challenging on its own; now add depression, anxiety, panic attacks, interpersonal and family relationship concerns, money, and health issues, etc. This can make daily functioning seem like an impossible task. It is my personal belief that every individual has the ability to manage these symptoms on their own and thrive in the world; we just sometimes need additional support. This is where therapy comes in. I provide a nonjudgmental approach to helping my clients achieve overall wellness so that happiness and joy do not just feel like a distant thought. I can see clients anywhere in the state of Oregon.
