My name is Nicholas Hercules, and I offer an evidence-based, solution-focused approach to therapy. Within the first 3 sessions you can expect to have a detailed list of measurable treatment goals, so every week you can review and know where you are making progress. I offer therapy both in person or via telehealth. In addition to working with adults, I also love working with children via play therapy and offering therapy and life coaching to young males who would benefit from a male therapist's unique perspective. I have 12 years of experience in the field of therapy. I am a Licensed counselor in the state of Florida, and a Certified Addictions Professional. I am certified to administer Moral Reconation Therapy, which is primarily used for addictions. I have been happily married for 11 years, and am a proud father of 2 sons. I have extensive experience working with a diverse population across all age groups and backgrounds. I have helped individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, and challenging irrational beliefs.
