What's My Approach to Therapy?

I believe therapy should feel safe, human, and supportive. I work with people who want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and find healthier ways to cope with stress, anxiety, or emotional pain. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I’m here to walk alongside you, not to tell you who to be or what to do.
When we work together, we’ll take time to understand your experiences and what matters most to you. I focus on helping you build insight, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop tools you can use outside of sessions. I move at your pace and tailor our work to fit your goals, values, and personality.
