I believe in the importance and power of having a safe and welcoming space to work through life’s challenges and celebrate achievements. My mission is to provide therapeutic support at a pace that feels most comfortable for you. I strive to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and supportive throughout each client’s therapeutic healing journey. I have training in a diverse range of therapeutic styles. I use a client-centered, strength-based approach to help clients discover their skills and process through challenges. I am trained in Systemic Family Therapy modalities and Play Therapy. I work predominantly with women of all ages. I enjoy working with women and teens (17 and older) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and divorce or ending relationships. I am here to support you as you grow into your best self!

I am a fully licensed therapist in South Carolina and I'm undergoing the reciprocity licensure process in North Carolina. I offer Telehealth and in-person sessions.

My role as your therapist is to help guide you towards the most helpful choices and healthiest life path. I am here to learn about who you are and help you achieve the goals you set to be your best self. I am here to provide a supportive and accepting energy to hold space for whatever you bring to session. I am not here to judge or diagnose, but to offer a place for you to be heard, validated, and seen in your life experience.
