What's My Approach to Therapy?
I listen to clients and work in a collaborative process, starting where you are right now. Whether you are in the process of making big changes or are in a major life transition, I will guide you in integrating a variety of tools. I use Kundalini Yoga meditation and "prescribe" simple three-minute meditations to help you change the pathways in your brain so that you can actually help yourself and change in a self-empowered way. I now offer secure, private video counseling that can be done from the comfort of one's own home.
