My approach is collaborative, which just means I’m not going to sit across from you and nod while you talk into the void. We’re going to actually work together. I’ll ask the questions you’ve been avoiding, help you understand why you do the things you do, and we’ll figure out together how to get you from just surviving to actually feeling good in your own life.
