My Approach to Therapy

I work with people who carry a great deal, professionally, personally, and relationally. My clients include executives, healthcare professionals, people working in technology and public service, teens and young adults, couples, families, immigrants, and those impacted by the justice system. Many come to therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, ADHD, bipolar disorder, or significant life transitions. Together, we look beyond symptom management to understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that shaped them, creating meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to build a judgement free, safe, grounded space where we can honestly and curiously explore who you are, who you've been, and who you're becoming. I draw from education, clinical training, science, and lived experience. If you're looking for a specific approach you don't see listed, reach out, I'd be happy to talk. A few paragraphs can’t capture a person, and they certainly can’t tell you what it feels like to sit across from one. Stay curious. Explore your options. If you’re looking for someone who helps you feel seen, challenged, and understood, I’d be delighted to hear from you. Let’s see if we’re the right fit.

Groups I Work With

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals in medicine, technology, aerospace, public service, and other demanding fields who are navigating stress, relationships, identity, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents and young adults through pivotal stages of life, women balancing leadership and family, and individuals navigating separation, divorce, grief, and other significant transitions. My clinical experience also includes working with people living with serious mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, and substance use disorders, as well as individuals and families impacted by incarceration and the criminal legal system.
