What's My Approach to Therapy?
I am a licensed clinical social work associate with a master’s degree in social work who serves both in-person and telehealth formats. My goal is to create a secure, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences, gain clarity, and reconnect with your inner strengths. I especially understand how overwhelming caregiving responsibilities can be, and the challenges created by the change in dynamic between caretaker and care receiver. With compassion and genuine care, I create a safe space to discuss the feelings of stress, anxiety, burnout, and depression often associated with caregiving, while promoting the need for self-care and personal health. I value working with those going through life transitions, relationship difficulties, caregiving challenges, building self-worth and confidence, and coping with anxiety or stress.
I believe healing and growth happen in connection, and I look forward to being part of your journey. I bring a compassionate, empathetic, and thoughtful approach to therapy, and I look forward to providing support and insight to individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. I encourage individuals to gain personal empowerment and mindfulness as they find the inner strength to live a more fulfilling life.
I am deeply committed to helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive, and am committed to serving clients from diverse racial, cultural, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
