My Approach to Therapy
I work with adults who are tired of holding everything together while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, shut down, grief-heavy, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are the “strong ones,” helpers, overthinkers, caregivers, and high-functioning people who have learned to need less, explain more, and carry too much.
My approach is warm, direct, holistic, and evidence-based. I blend trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, mindfulness, emotional regulation tools, and practical insight. We do not only talk about what happened. We also pay attention to how stress, trauma, grief, and old survival patterns show up in your body, nervous system, relationships, boundaries, and daily life.
Therapy with me is a space to stop overperforming, slow down, and begin understanding what needs care, and what may finally be ready to change. Together, we work through trauma, anxiety, grief, people-pleasing, boundaries, relationship stress, life transitions, and finding your way back to yourself.
I offer telehealth therapy for adults in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, and Ohio, and I accept several major insurance plans.
