What's My Approach to Therapy?
You’re capable, reliable, and often the one others count on, yet inside, you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted. I work with adults carrying heavy demands and constant expectations who struggle with anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, and burnout. Many of my clients are used to pushing through and managing on their own, until it starts to take a toll. In therapy, my goal is to help you feel seen and supported as we explore what’s beneath the emotional strain you’ve been holding. This is a space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out.
My work is trauma-informed and integrative, using evidence based approaches tailored to your unique experiences, values, and goals. Together, we will identify the patterns contributing to your anxiety and work toward greater emotional regulation, self compassion, and balance so you can move through life with more ease, clarity, and intention.
You do not need to reach a breaking point to seek support. If anxiety is affecting your work, relationships, or overall sense of well being, you do not have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, affirming, and thoughtful space for where you can slow down, show up as you are, and restore a sense of steadiness and feel more aligned within yourself.
