Mitchell Stacy, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Mitchell’s past experience with clients has included work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. This work has included individuals with a broad range of concerns related to their mental health and extensive experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. Mitchell is grateful to partner with clients as they navigate their lives, relationships, and plans. In his sessions with clients, Mitchell aims to utilize a holistic and person-centered approach, while integrating a variety of counseling techniques to assist clients as they process experiences, develop skills, and pursue goals. It is his hope that, by leading with curiosity and compassion, clients will feel safe and accepted as they collaborate to create meaningful changes in their lives and their relationships with themselves and others. Mitchell is available for individual and family counseling in person and via telehealth.

MDS provides office-based counseling services out of our Brownsburg and Lawrenceburg offices and telehealth-based services throughout the state of Indiana. Our counselors have master’s degrees in social work, psychology, or counseling, and work under the supervision of an LMHC. MDS provides individual, couples, and family counseling to children and adults. Our counselors utilize multiple modalities, depending on each client’s specific needs. We are experienced in working with individuals with a variety of mental health issues, in addition to developmental and intellectual disabilities.
