What's My Approach to Therapy?
I provide integrative, trauma-informed therapy for adults, with a focus on supporting women, trauma survivors, and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) clients. My approach blends evidence-based and experiential methods, helping you reconnect with your body, mind, and inner wisdom so you can live a more empowered, authentic, and resilient life.
I specialize in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, expressive arts, internal family systems (IFS) parts work, and expanded-state integration support (including preparation and integration for legal, ethical experiences, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy). Through these modalities, I help clients process trauma, regulate the nervous system, and access deeper insight and healing beyond talk therapy alone.
In our work together, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned approach. I honor each person’s ancestry, identity, and unique life story while offering practical guidance, playful curiosity, and grounded support. My goal is to help you navigate emotional patterns, grief, anxiety, and spiritual or life transitions with courage, clarity, and self-compassion.
I offer therapy in person in San Rafael (Marin County) and Sebastopol (Sonoma County), and online throughout California, with bilingual support in English and Spanish.
If you’re ready to reconnect with your wholeness and explore meaningful change, I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
