I’m Michelle, and my approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply respectful of where you are right now. I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen and safe—free to share without judgment. In our work together, I’ll meet you exactly where you are, listening closely and offering the steady support you need to explore what’s weighing on you.
We’ll move at your pace. Sometimes that means sitting quietly with difficult feelings; other times it means uncovering new insights or building practical ways to feel stronger day by day. My role is to walk alongside you—offering warmth, understanding, and gentle guidance as you reconnect with your own wisdom and resilience.
