What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense — even if on the outside you’re functioning, working, and taking care of everyone else. You might be carrying trauma, grief, or chronic stress in your body and wondering why talk therapy alone hasn’t fully shifted things.
I work with you, not on you. My approach is trauma informed, relational, and integrative, meaning we look at the whole person — your nervous system, relationships, identity, history, and current life demands. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and compassionate with yourself.
In our work together, I blend evidence based psychotherapy with somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and culturally responsive care. Sessions are collaborative and grounded. We move at a pace that feels supportive while still creating meaningful change. I’m direct when it’s helpful, deeply attuned, and always focused on helping you build insight, resilience, and practical tools you can use in real life.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. My role is to help you make sense of what you’re carrying and support you in moving toward greater stability, clarity, and connection.
