Hi there, I Michelle!
My name is Michelle Dyl and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Littleton, Colorado and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults (ages 18+) and special in depression, anxiety, traumatic stress and relational issues. I am a Generalist with experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Mindfulness.
My communication styles is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgement.
