My Approach to Therapy

I offer compassion and curiosity while challenging you to try out different ways of thinking, feeling, and acting. I will help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and explore different options to support meaningful change in your life. My goal is to empower you to move toward the life you want. I especially enjoy helping with: - people-pleasing - establishing and maintaining boundaries - emotional regulation - sensory overwhelm - interpersonal relationships. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, irritability, depression, relationship concerns, or family-of-origin issues, including painful or traumatic experiences from the past. If you are nervous to reach out, it might be helpful to know that I also feel nervous meeting new clients!
