Michelle completed her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Holy Family University. She utilizes a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and more.
