My Approach to Therapy

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and Advanced Certified Autism Specialist (A-CAS) offering online therapy across Oklahoma. I work with adults and young adults navigating the long shadow of growing up in dysfunction, chronic illness, caregiver burnout, intergenerational trauma, late-diagnosis autism and ADHD, and the work of becoming yourself in a world that tried to make you smaller. You may be the one who learned to read a room before you could read a book. The one who became responsible too young because nobody else was going to. The one whose body has stopped cooperating and whose family does not believe you. The one who is just now realizing at 30 or 40 that your brain was never broken, it was just always different. You do not have to keep carrying this alone. I bring lived experience to this work, including autoimmune conditions and the particular exhaustion of a body that does not always cooperate. I am trauma informed, neurodivergent affirming, and not afraid of the hard stuff. I will not pathologize what was actually a survival skill. I will not rush you through grief that needs time to land. My approach is collaborative and meets you where you are. I draw from trauma informed care, parts work, and neurodivergent affirming frameworks, and I weave in whatever fits the person in front of me. There is no script. There is your story, and there is the work of building something different on the other side of it. If you are wondering whether we might be a fit, reach out. A consultation costs nothing and tells you a lot.

My Practice & Services

I see clients virtually across Oklahoma so wherever you are, we can meet there. No commute, no waiting room, just you and the space we build together. I have evening and weekend availability, which is rare in the Oklahoma market. As an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist, I particularly welcome adults exploring late-diagnosis autism and ADHD, as well as the caregivers and families walking alongside neurodivergent loved ones.
